State-of-the-art CNC milling technology makes it possible to produce precise and accurately fitting moulded components from FIPRO® raw materials. Even the production of filigree components for complex customer projects is no problem thanks to the use of our new, high-precision CNC milling machines. We manufacture a wide variety of CNC moulded parts according to your individual requirements.

Before the actual CNC milling, semi-finished parts made of FIPRO® are sawn or cut into the rough shape. Then the CNC milling machine is equipped with the required milling tool and programmed by software. Only then can the actual production of the workpieces by the CNC milling machine begin.

In CNC milling, various cutting tools are used to automatically remove excess material from the workpiece. The so-called milling heads are clamped into our CNC milling machines, which then produce computer-controlled precision parts under the strict supervision of our experts. Thanks to modern production technology, hardly any manual intervention in the manufacturing process is necessary. Using several axes (3-axis and 5-axis milling machines), FIPRO® is machined and processed – into a prototype, a spare part or accessory for your machines or an entire assembly.
